Role: Scrum Master - Contract role
Consulting Seniority: Senior Consultant
Day rate: £400-£500 inside IR35
Project duration: Asap until end of December (3 months)
Location: Hybrid in London
We’re supporting a consultancy delivering work for a leading UK professional membership body. They’re looking for a Scrum Master to lead a digital squad within the organisation’s technology function, helping establish effective ways of working, strengthen squad governance and deliver against the digital roadmap, with a particular focus on improving its Sitecore-based website.

Tasks
Lead Scrum ceremonies, squad activities and delivery governance
Establish and embed effective agile ways of working
Drive delivery against the digital roadmap and improve the Sitecore website
Requirements
An independent consultant
Strong Scrum Master experience within digital or technology teams
Confident facilitating agile delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement
Experience working on website, CMS or Sitecore-related programmes would be highly advantageous
